Cosmetic Items

Please be aware that all cosmetic issues must be identified and noted on the Orientation Checklist during your final walkthrough. This is essential, as only items documented at that time will be covered for repairs, except where specific coverage is provided in your RWC Warranty booklet.

Cosmetic items include, but are not limited to, paint defects, missed paint, gaps, cracks, chips, stains, pitting, blemishes, and breaks. Outlook will provide touch up paints for any defects that are found or occur after your orientation walkthrough.
