Andersen Windows Warranty
Many Outlook Construction homes have Andersen windows installed in them. Andersen offers a warranty on their various products. Actual warranty will vary depending upon the window line (100, 200, 400 series, etc) installed in your home.
As with all manufactured products the manufacture’s warranty takes precedence over any RWC / builder warranty and the manufacturer will determine coverage regarding their products. Homeowners are solely responsible for registering all manufacture warranties and submitting for any manufacture related claims. As a courtesy, during your year one warranty period, Outlook Construction will assist with any manufacture related claims.
If you have a window operation window issue (difficulty or inability to open or close) during year one you should submit a warranty claim with Outlook Construction. We will evaluate the issue and file a claim with the manufacturer if necessary for you.
